PokePay holds financial licenses in Hong Kong, North America, Canada, and is in the process of acquiring licenses in various regions around the world. Relying on compliance licenses and a comprehensive risk control mechanism, we ensure the safety of your assets.

Recharges typically take about 15 minutes to be credited to your account. Please be patient and wait. If your funds have not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact the official customer service for assistance.

2. Recharge (click Import)
3. Click on Card --- Apply for a card (virtual or physical) - Complete KYC certification - Activate the card

1. The information you enter must be exactly the same as the uploaded documents, otherwise, KYC will not pass.
2. Please fill in your name consistently with the documents. Use your passport name, and usually, the name is filled in English.
3. It is recommended to use Google Chrome and enable camera permissions.

Generally, the refund time for Visa cards is as follows:

1. Normal merchant refunds
Typical time: 3-7 working days
Depending on when the merchant submits the refund application, it usually takes 1-3 days for the merchant to process, followed by Visa network and issuing bank processing for 2-4 days.

2. Large transactions (airlines, hotels, travel agencies, etc.)
Typical time: 7-14 working days
Due to the longer refund review process in these industries, it may take more time to process.

3. Online payment platforms (such as PayPal, Stripe) refunds
Typical time: 3-10 working days
Third-party payment platforms may add an additional 1-3 days of processing time.

4. Cross-border transaction refunds
Typical time: 7-30 working days
If currency conversion is involved, refunds may take longer, depending on the Visa settlement process and bank review time.

5. Dispute refunds (Chargeback, initiated by the cardholder)
Typical time: 30-90 days
This refers to the situation where a cardholder raises a dispute over a transaction and requests Visa to intervene in the investigation. It requires a longer time for investigation and processing.

The current daily limit is 100,000 HKD, with a minimum single transaction of 0.1 HKD.

PokeCard has no annual fee in the 0th year, please use it with confidence.

Due to multiple incorrect entries of the card CVV/expiry date, if your card has been locked, please contact the official customer service. After verifying that it is your own operation, we will unlock it for you.

If your physical card PIN code has been entered incorrectly multiple times, causing the card to be locked, please contact the official customer service. We need to verify it is your own operation before helping you unlock it.

Generally, it takes 10-30 working days, which varies depending on the actual country/region of receipt. In special circumstances, it may be extended. If you have any questions, please contact the official customer service.
